Technology can be a wonderful tool to assist us in personalizing instruction for students who learn differently. Paladin Academy utilizes cutting-edge resources to help students progress through their studies.
Our building features two dedicated computer labs, a campus-wide wireless network, Smartboard technology, permanent and portable LCD projection carts, ELMO projection equipment, digital photography resources and more.
iPad® Mobile Digital Devices
We provide a generous number of iPads® for the use of our students in classrooms. Tablets as well as netbooks are used for online assessments and blended digital learning throughout the day.
Most classes in middle through high school help students take advantage of learning resources without their textbook ever leaving the locker. A critical component of individualized learning, classes often utilize a blend of traditional and e-textbook material. Along with a wide variety of other materials, we aim to prepare our students for technology expectations they will face in college.
Virtual Learning & Assessment
Online resources include quarterly assessments using Let’s Go Learn, Learning A-Z, Raz-Kids, Pearson SuccessNet and McGraw-Hill ConnectEd. Many students also have the opportunity to participate in online distance learning courses as needed.
Student success requires a team effort between the school and home. Our community utilizes the Edline Learning Community Management portal to keep parents informed of upcoming school events, campus news, student grades, missing work, attendance, class scheduling and more. Our faculty is available via email throughout the day.
